Hi. Sorry for the delayed reply. If your phone is the Agua Rio v2, the download and flash the firmware here http://www.sharethetrick.com/2015/03/myphone-agua-rio-v2-firmware-download.html in the place of the current one and the PPP should be overridden allowing you to regain access to the phone.
