Hi Amelia. Sorry for the delayed reply. Does this only happen when you try to visit www.facebook.com? Does it not happen with other sites (like www.google.com)? If you have more than one internet browsers (like Opera Mini and Browser), make sure you try to visit the same address (www.façebook.com) from both and observe. If this happens with all sites, then ensure Data is enable (Settings > More... > Mobile Networks > Data enable...)
