My Nokia x201 does not prepare Ovi account show "operation failed. Try later"

Hi. Nokia was recently acquired by Microsoft and ever since then, a number of things have changed. One off those changes is the discontinuation of the Nokia Store (previously known as the Ovi Store). Yes, Microsoft terminated that and instead provisioned that applications must from then on be downloaded from Opera Mobile Store. This is the reason why you can neither create an account nor sign in to Nokia Store (Ovi Store)
