Fresh Firmware/ROM needs to be reloaded

Yeah I think i need help going further. as i have tried to wipe all user data and it says failed and throws a long error message. So using ODIN may be my next option

Ok - the firmware file is giving me a little run-around and I will need you to confirm the model number (the alphanumeric number in particular) of your device as seen on the white sticker under the battery.
