Hi. Do the following to reset your AG Zoom to it factory defaults and consequently have the lost or forgotten screen-lock.

1. Press and hold both the Power Button and the Volume Up - Keep the two help down until you access a screen wit the text 'Recovery mode'
2. You should also get a recovery options there with
3. Using the Volume Down key, navigate to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
4. Short press the Power/Volume Up key to confirm selection
5. Navigate to 'Yes---delete all use data' using the Volume Down key again, and confirm selection by short pressing the the Power/Volume key
6. Let the wiping complete and short press the Power/Volume Up key to 'Reboot now'

ow nice. thanks with this awesome solution but now how do u restore your lost things after performing those step because my things are no longer existing on my phone please help me to restore them back please

Hi please help, I'm using AGmobile model AG chacer, it doesn't want to boot I tried applying the steps you provided above, I follow until step4 and when I go to step5 it doesn't give me a 'Yes' option, it only give me 'No' options. What can I do? please help I'm stuck!!!
