Selfie stick i boufht from Mr Price is not working on my phone. What can i do?

Hey Noma, sorry for the delayed reply. The AG Chrome Ultra should be able to work with a Selfie Stick. Can you advise on the mode of connectivity used by the Selfie Stick you purchased - whether it is a Bluetooth or wired stick? I try to look it up from the internet from Mr Price's site with no luck. Hey Noma, kindly provide me with a short description on the selfie/monopod on hand. Like is the wire having a micro-USB head or earphone audio head like. Do the selfie have a shutter button on it. I ask because simple selfie sticks rely on the phone's camera timer feature.
