Hi Morris, here are some troubleshooting tips

  • Plug it onto a charger and try to use the same application(s) and see if it will still shutdown. If it does, then the problem will most likely be a corrupt apps data, firmware or cache. If however, it does not power off when a charger is connected, then you are most likely looking at a defect battery that will most likely require to be replace. (If the tablet is under a year old, then you may be able to avail free service if you go via Edcon outlets (Edgar, CNA, etc.)
  • Something else may be causing this but it is necessary that you try the above and report back.
