Help me with Umoya manje

I was using umoya manje and then one day i switched my cell phone off and i removed the sim card inside my phone,my problem is when i try to register again for umoya manje it fails what must I do please help

Hey Thabakgolo

  • Technically, removing the SIM should not have affected the service and it should not be necessary to re-register for the Umoya Manje service
  • I assume you are sure that the SIM card you replaced into your phone is the same SIM card you originally removed from the phone.
  • If you are a SASSA beneficiary with a valid grant account and the number you are using is the one registered with the a.ccount, then this will have to be a technical glitch requiring that you contact support by email at info@zazooltd.com or socialgrantqueries@net1.com
