Hi I also bought the mobicell cherry tab last Friday at pepcell. I'm not happy with its performance, I can't view the files I download, customer service said I should install the PDF app but I'm unable to do that because the internet connection is very slow, sometimes just lose the connection. The battery becomes too hot when I charge it. Please help ,I'm frustrated by this product.

Hi. If you still have the receipts and everything, then you are fairly safe as you can take it under warranty as soon as you conclude it defect

  1. For PDF files and other file formats, it is true that you need to download specific apps thereof from the Play Store
  2. While it is common for the battery to get mildly warm when charging (and using), very hot is normally not acceptable and may indicate a defect battery
  3. The low internet connection will likely depend on the service provider's SIM you have inside. Do try different networks and observe. Make sure you have H+ and not E next to the signal bars.
