I go to settings then go to backup and reset i go to erase everything and then just press on it then it just doesnt do anything

Hey Jason. It is strange that the phone behaves thus. If it will not reset from the main menu as attempted, then you can try resetting it from the Android System recovery menu. 1. Power the +4 Smart Touch device off
2. Press and hold Power + Vol Up
3. From the recovery menus, scroll with Vol Down to 'Wipe data factory reset'
4. Short press Power to select or confirm
5. Scroll to 'Yes--delete all user data'
6. Short press Power to select or confirm
7. Short press Power to select or confirm - to Reboot now
