A client of mine has lost her husband, he developed apps for companies using linux of which I am clueless her pc mobo died and on replacing system the procedure which she logs into a vm and begins ssh connection using snowflake is now asking her for a password of which she cannot find in husbands notes

Please help

log into Snowflake under using another user that has ACCOUNTADMIN access (I would recommend using the web UI), and have that user reset the first user's password. If your organization only has one user with ACCOUNTADMIN access, and you have lost access to that password, then contact your Snowflake SE... They typically have ACCOUNTADMIN access to your Snowflake account, and can reset the password for you (after properly authenticating that you are who you say you are). If they are not able/willing to do that for you, contact Snowflake Support.
