Hi. If the AG Everlast device's keypad is password locked, then you will not be able to open it yourself. Your options are:

  • Take it to any of your worthy local mobile phone repairs shops or
  • Contact Ag Mobile and arrange to have them booking the phone for service. They will expect you to mail the phone to one of their service workshops.
