Welcome to SA Tech Help

My TV played Netflix for two weeks then stopped playing. It shows sign of connecting to the internet then stop at 24% after buffering for sometime. It does play everything on YOU TUBE which shows that internet connection is not a problem. NETFLIX service provider checked my connection with them and they said it all clear, the problem could be with the TV.

I have tried everything from rebooting the TV, exiting and reloading NETFLIX but nothing seem to work.

Try updating your netwlix app and see if that help and if stop wek
