My Ag phone connect only via Wifi. Mobile data not working even when i switch it on

Hi. The best way to avail a data settings configurations would be to request them directly from your network service provide by dialing a specific USSD code and from the menu select 'Device/Phone Setup'. E.g, with Vodacom, you are to dial *111# > Option 10 > Option 2 > then Option 1 or 2... Otherwise, you can reply to this answer including the exact model name of you AG Mobile device and the name of your network service provider and we will try and walk you through a manual configuration.
