Having a problem with Netflix on my 55" smart TV Sinotec

I have recently purchased a Sinotec 55" smart TV, but the Netflix that's loaded on the TV doesn't work.

Not sure what the problem is.

 Please assist.

Try to update the app"Netflix". If the Google Play Store app is set to Auto-update apps at any time (default), apps pre-installed in the TV are generally updated automatically.

Do make sure that the TV is connected to a WiFi network before you update your apps.
