Either the battery is dead or firmware is corrupted.

To test If the battery is dead' try turning the phone on while it is connected to a charger. If the phone still does the same sickness then it means the battery is not dead but the firmware is corrupted. You can try a hard reset and if a hard reset does not fix it then go for a firmware flashing' find firmware here https://www.saroms.co.za/product/mobicel-venus-spd-firmware-or-rom-non-stock-pac/
