Turn it off
Hold down the Volume Down button for 5 seconds and then tab the Power button and release both buttons same time.
Scroll down using the Volume down button and select Recovery using the Volume up button.
Press the Volume up for 3 seconds when the android robot appears and then press and release the Power button.
Recovery manu pops up and choose wipe data/factory reset.
Use the volume down to navigate the recovery many and volume to confirm selection.
