hi I lost my phone along with my sim card, now when I called your agents for assistance with the sim swap procedure they told me that the system rejected your request even though I know the last person who called me, the last person I called and the last time I recharged both with the amount I recharged. Please help, I really need this number

Take your ID book/card and proof of residency to your nearest Voda shop.
