Question

Hi. I recently bought a Mobicel Cherry Tablet. When I try to make a call on my Cherry tablet it comes up with error message airplane mode on. I deactivate it n try to mk a call again. The same message comes up again n still does not allow me to make any calls. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Also the tablet is not picking up the network. It was in store activation. Please help. Thank you

Hey Kovan, If a simple reboot/restart will not do, then perform the following cache wipe steps

• Power the Mobicel Cherry tablet off
• Press and hold the power button and the volume up button at the same time. Release both when you see the power on logo. You should see the Android Recovery Menu
• Scroll with the volume down key to 'Wipe Cache Partition' and short press the power button to select it. Wait for the wiping to complete. 'Reboot now' should be highlighted
• Short press the power button to restart the Mobicel Cherry tablet and then retry placing a call and observe.
