Decmber grants not drawn

Was not able to draw Dec. grant. Will both Dec & Jan be paid out in Jan. 2016?

Hey Henry, please do note that the Dec payouts started on the 26th November 2015 to the 15th & 16th of December. If you have received payment with the above given time frame, then that should be taken as the Dec grant payment which was due on the 1st of Dec for the same month. If you however have not received anything within that time frame, though you tried the till points or ATMs, then you will need to visit your nearest SASSA office to better understand the cause.
