Hi. You will sadly not be able to retrieve the PIN if you cannot access your email address. Your only options will be to reset the phone. If we knew the model number as seen on the white sticker under the battery, we would walk you through the reset. I suggest the Live Chat page because it is easier to communicate there. Is this phone Lenovo branded?
