Hi. First of all, remember that this is the same as the Anti-theft lock if you still remember that. The Privacy Protection Password is sadly not attached to the IMEI but onto the phone's main software. Therefore, to clear it, it is necessary to have the phone's software reloaded. It is only unfortunate that most Mobicel device's firmware or main software packs are never made publicly available online. Your only option therefore will likely be to take the Mobicel Vivo to your retailer who will then arrange and book it for a software reload with Mobicel. You can alternatively contact Mobicel directly by emailing support@mobicell.co.za
