Hey Neville, to be able to best assist, we will need to know the number for which your require a PUK and the network service provider you are with. You can alternatively call your carrier/service provider's customer service number (like 111 for Voda, 173 for MTN, 140 for Cellc and 188 for Telkom Mobile and listed to their recorded self-help menu and select the one that mentions PUK.
