Yes it's a sassa master card but when went to the ATM yesterday to try withdraw I could not do so it gave me a different balance but now again I dialed *120*69277# and its still saying there is money available in account

Hi. There is nothing from the DSD surrounding the SASSA grant payout for the month of January as yet. This will then have to be a system glitch on the Grindrod Bank's end (meaning that your account has yet to be reconciled for the new payment cycle) - especially if you did collect your Dec grant (between Nov 26 & Dec 16) and had left no balance in the account.
