Is it true that some people are Getting the jan 2016 payments and others not If so why and when will it be available to all

Hey. Up until now, we have heard of only one who dialed the *120*69277# 'My Account' USSD code and found the funds available. The same individual also mentioned to have visited an ATM only to find that there were NO grant funds available for withdrawal. For now, then conclusion is, there grant is not yet available for withdrawal though Umoya Manje 'advanced airtime & electricity' accounts appears to have be reconciled and available for use for the month of January.
