Hi my Telefunken 7" 3G/Wifi tablet's screen cracked in half. The top part reacts but the bottom part not at all.  Must I replace the screen and where?  Or only the touch? I bought it at Game and they say they can't help me.  I am in Lephalale, Limpopo.

Hey Hannelie, Yes the touch panel will need to be replaced. If you would not mind installing part yourself (we  could try and give you a walk through if needed) then you can order the it from us for between R250 and R350. You could still order it from us and have it installed for you at any of your nearest phone repairs shops. Just let us know.

Noted. You will private message me your email address so that I can forward you the invoice. Please also confirm if Tablet-TEL73GI is the model number of the Telefunken model in question. The model number should be written on the back cover of the tablet. Or if you still can manipulate the tablet using the screen rotation, go to Settings > About tablet > Model number ...
