Why is my Mobicel Metro does not respond when I tap home button?

I forgot my pattern lock and my phone is lock I have tried using my google account it does not accept it and I have tried factory rest but when I tap home button it does not respond it only show me triangle with exclamation mark don't know what to do

Hi Lucky

Try short pressing the Volume Up or Power button instead on the Home button when you see the triangle with an exclamation mark.
