How do I update Netflix / firmware for stl-65g50um. does not recognise any usb.

HelloTV are generally updated automatically. Check the settings using the following procedure. 

  1.   Press the HOME button on the remote control. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options: 
  2. Select Apps —> Google Play Store —> Settings —> Auto-update apps —> Auto-update apps at any time.
