Hi. Please advise if you can still remember the email you used to when registering the Vodafone Protect App. If you cannot remember this email address or if you no longer have access to it, then you will need to reset your device to factory defaults to be able to reuse it again.
To hard reset this phone follow the instructions below.
- Turn off the phone
- Press and hold the Volume up button together with the Power button.
- Release both buttons immediately you the recovery mode appears.
- Scroll down using the volume down button and select Factory reset and press Power button to confirm selection.
- On the next screen down and select "Yes delete all user data".
