Welcome SA Tech Help.
I have been tethering my WiFi tablet and laptop from my Samsung Galaxy through Telkom Mobile with no problems until yesterday. The connections is established successfully with the correct network key (I even tried changing it) but I get 'Unidentified network - No Internet access (or No network access)' I tries a Vodacom SIM and it worked with no problems. I put back the Telkom Mobile SIM and get the same "Unidentified network" with no Internet access. This brings me to conclude this to be an issue with the Telkom Mobile settings and not a program on the laptop. I can access the Internet from the Samsung Galaxy with the Telkom Mobile SIM with no problems.

Hi. Reset your Wireless Network Connection on your computer by doing the following: Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections > Locate and right-click on your Wireless Network Connection name > click 'Disable' ... wait until it is disabled and greyish, then right-click it again and click on Enable ... that should be it!
