Hi. If you are simply having issues using the Play Store app, then you can start off with clearing data from the it (the Play Store) through Settings > Apps > Play Store (or Google Play Store) > Clear data... Alternatively, you may need to wipe the entire cache partition from the recovery mode. Let us know how it all goes or if you need further help.
