I tried to restart my tablet this morning, but now it doesn't want to switch on. Ive had it for a week now. The model is TELC- 73GIQ. Please assist

Hey Nina, sorry for the delayed reply. Your Telefunken TELC-73GIQ has a reset button pin hole. Get a pin, need or something similar and push it through the pin hole (normally located at the back off the tablet). Then let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your reply, i have tried the reset button, but still nothing. I have also tried to charge the tablet, just in caae, but its still dead

I have put it in charge, but nothing happens. Its not showing that it charges, screen is still dead

Its been in charge, but if its actually been charging, I dont know, it was on 43% battery life. I then tried to restart it, cz there was no sound, and then it didnt restArt again
