Hi my device is has been locked now for 5 days Vodacom is yet to send me an email with a new pin please assist

Hi. Depending on the email client you are using, make sure you check the Spam or Junk folders for the awaited email. Alternatively, if you do not mind loosing all personal data and apps, you can let us know the model number of you phone and we will provide you with hard reset steps thereto. In this way, the lost or forgotten PIN and its app will be reset together will all other apps and user data. EDIT: OK, to hard reset the Huawei Ascend P8 Lite, follow the steps here with one exception - on step 2, when you see the start up logo, release power button but continue holding on to the Vol Up key until you see the recovery menu.
