Hello

You supposed to refresh your phone's network. See ways to refresh network below.

  • Turn on air plane mode for at least 10 seconds.
  • Soft reset your android phone; Press and hold the power button until the phone restarts. But this mathod does not work on most Samsung phones.
  • Turn off your phone, remove and reinsert the battery. For tablets' simple press the reset button located either on the sides or back of the tablet.

Do also make you have at least R2 air time on your SIM card to access your E-wallet account.
