Hey Nkosiyapha, are you using your Plus 4 device with the SIM card it came out with, if yes then it should be as simple as navigating to Settings > More... > Mobile networks > Data enabled (make sure the check box is checked) - you can also check the Data roaming check box if you are using Cellc or Telkom Mobile (8ta). If you are otherwise using a different network SIM from the one the phone came with, then you will most likely have to setup a new APN. Let us know what network SIM you will to use and we will try and advise further as to how you can configure APN for it as the procedure and values differs from one carrier to the other.
