Hi. The case of the AG Chrome Selfie is a sad one. Do try the reset steps here
http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1635/Hard-Reset-Ag-Chrome-Selfie but you may not be able to go very far as this AG Mobile device has proven to have a recovery mode bug - a missing 'Yes---delete all user data' option. But, after accessing the recovery mode, go for 'Wipe cache partition' instead of 'Wipe data/factory reset' - then reboot it and observe.
