There is confusion between Privacy protection password and mobile-anti theft pin however that is one and the same thing,  you will need your anti-theft pin to unlock your phone' simple enter it the field of the privacy protection password. If you don't remember your anti-theft pin' reloading the phones firmware is the only option left for you.
