I have no internet access on my vodacom 3 g tablet. It worked for a while and then stopped.

Hello

Possible reaseon and solution.

  • Incorrect time and date: update your time and date of your vodafone smart tab and restart/reboot it. Go to Settings>Date and Time>Automatic Date and Time and  choose "Off" on the pop up manu(setting automatic time and date off will allow you to set date and time manually) Remember to put it back to automatic when done. 
  • Data Connections not enabled: You must enable data connections to access internet. Go to Settings>More>Mobile networks.
  • Check if your phone is not in air plane mode.
  • Poor network coverage
