I have managed to reset, now the problem is accessing the phone after resetting the first screen after updates requires me to login to my gmail account "This device was reset, to continue sign in with Google Account that was previously synced on this device" I have been trying over and over but I cannot pass this step it keeps sending me back here I have 1 google account I know I am entering correct details but I am stuck.

BStemela, can you kindly comfirm if you have a Mobicel Vivo or Mobicel Retro. Also, how did you reset the device, from the revery menu or from the main menu? Because only devices running Android 5.1 or higher has this Anti-theft feature, then I reckon you have a Vivo (and not a Retro which runs Android 4.4). This Anti-theft feature is called "Device Protection or Kill Switch" introduced on Android Lollipop 5.1 and also provisioned for certain 5.0 models. It triggered by a hard reset and is intented to deter device theft. What you need to ensure is that your data connection is active to allow communication with Google servers to authorise. It will be necessary to contact Mobicel to arrange a reset.
