In case I forget my screen lock (pattern, PIN or password). I currently have a simple pattern set due to fear of forgetting and being locked out.

  1. First turn the Vodacom Power Tab 10 off.
  2. Hold oth Volume down and Volume Up with the Power key then release power key after 3 around  seconds and continue holding the Volume keys until the Boot mode menu appears
  3. Scroll to Recovery and short press Vol up to select. You will see a Robot laying with its belly opened.
  4. Then hold both Vol keys and then short press Power to display the Recovery Menu.
  5. From the Android Recovery menu, scroll down with Volume Down to Wipe data/factory reset
  6. Select with the Power
  7. Scroll to Yes---delete all user data
  8. Select with Power key again
  9. Reboot now with the Power after the wiping it complete

To assist others, just some clarity:
1. First turn the Vodacom Power Tab 10 off.
2. Press both Volume down and Volume Up with the Power key three times.
3. After the third time only release the power key and continue holding the Volume keys until the Boot mode menu appears.
4. Boot mode displays as "FACTORY MODE"
5. Select Factory Mode by pressing the Power button
6. This then reveals a List of options
7. Scroll down to CLEAR eMMC and select it. Scrolling is done with Volume buttons and selecting is done with Power button.
8. This will initiate the data wipe.
9. Wait until it's done. Once done, tablet is ready to be setup again.

I cleared eMMC,phone still the same,when switch on,still requires previously set up accounts
