Welcome SA Tech Help.
My PBT510 says its paired with a device (the light is blue) but it's not paired to the device I'm using. I checked the manual and it says that it won't go into pairing mode if it's paired with a device already. Can I reset it? I really want to use the bluetooth.

Hey Troy, I am looking into that and will reply shortly... From what I am picking up, this BT speaker is capable of being paired to more than one device (though the max is not specified). The manual has another line that reads: If you have already paired a Bluetooth enabled device and it is powered on, the speaker will connect to that device automatically and will not go into pairing mode.  Are you otherwise certain that you had only paired it to one device which is current not within range? The manual is silent concerning a reset option.

On the manual, located "My Biuetooth Device Is not able to pair with the Bluetooth 5 - ker" and follow the suggestion listed 3rd and observe.
