The new Standard Bank Internet Banking comes with a painless way to increase the monthly Standard Bank Electronic Account Payments - something that was never available on the previous version. Of late, it has been necessary to visit a Standard bank branch for this. Below are the simple steps you are to follow.

First, do be advised that you can also do this from the Standard Bank Smartphone app as per the tutorial here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4534/Modify-Standard-Electronic-Account-Payments-Without-Branch - To do this from your internet browser, follow the foregoing steps.

  1. Go here https://experience.standardbank.co.za/ if you are already using the Smartphone App to login/signin  using the same email and password or go here https://experience.standardbank.co.za/#/register to register first.
  2. Click where is reads 'User' on the top right
  3. Click where it reads 'Monthly payment limit'
  4. Click the 'Change Limit' button
  5. Type in the desired monthly limit in the supplied field - e.g. 3000
  6. Then click Save --- Done!
