Hi. Try the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4644/Reset-Vodafone-Protect-Pin-Online-South-Africa first. If that does not work, then you will need to hard reset your Samsung J1 as per the steps here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/4971/Common-Hard-Reset-Steps-Android-Powered-Devices (only press the Home button together with the Vol Up + Power).
