What to do next
If you complete the steps above but still can't connect to Netflix, contact your internet service provider. They can help you determine whether your router is set up properly
Perform a soft reset
Press and hold the power button on your remote until you see Power off on-screen.
Your TV will power off and restart automatically. This may take a full minute to complete.
If your TV does not restart after 1 minute, press the power button on your remote to restart it.
Try Netflix again.
