Hey Mdu, What Telefunken tablet model do you have? Also, is it the LCD or the touchscreen with it? Yes we may be able to assist with the service in question.

Good day Superuse,

It is the telefunken TELC-73GIQ tablet. It appears to both screen and lcd as the entire does not work or show anything. Just lights up with nothing to see, but lines and blurs.

OK - This is how on-site service works. You receive an invoice and then you make 50% of the total into the account no. on the invoice. Then at the appointed date, someone will be sent for the said service and receive the remaining half of the charge when done.

There are multiple cracks on the top(touch) screen.
