To flash a firmware using Phoenix Service Software you must obtain a compatible USB cable and you will need to download:

  1.  Download Phoenix Service Software - install onto your computer http://infolane.blogspot.com/2012/06/phoenix-nokia-flashing-service-software.html
  2. Download Nokia PC Suite - install it onto your computer (unless already installed) http://www.softpedia.com/get/Mobile-Phone-Tools/Nokia/Nokia-PC-Suite.shtml
  3. Nokia model's firmware pack - RM, RH, etc (and place it in Local disk C/ Programs Files / Nokia / Phoenix / Products)

A typical step-by-step flashing tutorial is available here https://satechhelp.co.za/595/flash-nokia-using-phoenix-service-software-sticky
