A friend used my phone to perform a SIM-swap and must have choosen Zulu upon being prompted. I can hear Zulu pretty well but I strungle reading it and I now receive support SMSs in Zulu!

Hey, to change the IVR or automated support on Cellc RSA, do the following:

1. Dial 141

2. From the given options, choose option 4

3. Then Choose 0 for English

4. You will then be done!
