Menu showing in Japanese

Hi. I have managed to download all the ROMS etc for the tablet. The only problem now is when I press the Power and Down button, A japanese menu comes up... I have tried everything. If I cannot fix it, who can reload the firmware? I have spoken to my service provider's agents and he was basically clueless....

Hi. For a small airtime voucher donation, we can walk you through the flashing over Whatsapp. Otherwise, you could send it to us but that will likely cost you more and it will involve shipping costs together with service cost. One has just had success about two days back with this.
