Hi.  You will sadly need to follow the reset steps on the link posted on the answer to your previous question unless if you remember activating the Android Device Manager.

If you have forgotten a phone PIN code please follow the instructions on this link http://satechhelp.co.za/479/Hardreset-Vodafone-Vf68. If its a SIM card PIN' enter a wrong PIN code 3 times and then call your network service provider (Use another phone or SIM card of the same network with the blocked one) and request your PUK code to reset your SIM card.
