Hey Rups, is your VF685 device network locked (like locked to work on one carrier)? The VF685 is a GSM device meaning it is able to work on any GSM carrier world wide. If then it is networ locked, then you can purchase a network unlock code online for about $10 or R100 as DIY unlocking will require a special tool purchasing which will not be a financially wise move if there be no intentions to use it commercially.
